As you may be aware, the government-funded childcare hours cover the basic provision of care and early education. However, they do not include many of the extras that help make our nursery experience rich, engaging, and memorable for your child.

To help us continue providing a high-quality, well-rounded experience, we are kindly requesting a voluntary contribution of up to 75p per funded hour.

This small contribution supports the cost of a range of additional experiences and resources, including:

• Daily snacks

• Cooking activities and ingredients

• PE and physical development resources

• Nature walks and outdoor learning materials

• Sun cream during warmer weather

• End-of-term celebrations and parties 

This contribution is entirely voluntary, and there is no obligation to pay. If you would prefer not to contribute, you are welcome to provide specific items yourself, such as snacks, sun cream, or cooking ingredients.

We truly appreciate your ongoing support, which helps us offer the little extras that make a big difference in your child’s learning and enjoyment.

Unfunded sessions are priced as follows:  

Core Session Prices

• 3-hour session (9am–12pm or 12pm–3pm): £15.00

• Full Day (9am–3pm): £30.00

• (Consumables are included in the hourly rate for any additional paid hours).

• Wraparound and Breakfast Care

• Breakfast Club (7:45am–9am): £5.00, includes breakfast.

• AM Wraparound Care (8:45am–9am): £2.50.

• PM Wraparound Care (3pm–3:15pm): £2.50.

Booking Information

• Regular Sessions:

• Sessions must be booked in advance and agreed upon in writing by the nursery manager.

• Ad Hoc Sessions:

• Available upon request with at least one week's notice.

Late Collection Policy

• Late pickups after 3pm will incur a £5 charge per 5 minutes.
